Esri China (Hong Kong) Limited is committed to serving you. Our technical support team is pleasure to provide our users with all the information and guidance they need and help answering questions and resolve problems encountered while they are working with Esri GIS software. Our goal is to promote GIS for everyone and to help you build a successful GIS.

We also provide a comprehensive Maintenance Program, to ensure that you are fully supported by our robust GIS technologies and support services as well.

Maintenance Subscriber

Maintenance subscribers in Hong Kong and Macau are eligible to request and receive our support services, please click here for more information.

Non-maintenance User

If you are currently not subscribing our Maintenance Program, you may contact us at info@esrichina.hk for more information on maintenance and other support options.

Pre-sale Support

Our technical support aims to provide maintenance services to users who joined the maintenance program. If your software license is for evaluation purpose, you should contact our sales representatives at sales@esrichina.hk for getting help.

Educational License Support

If you purchased the Esri Educational Licenses i.e. School Campus License and Individual license for teachers and students, you can get help from our education group at sales@esrichina.hk

International Support

The above services are only available to users within Hong Kong and Macau. Users outside the Hong Kong and Macau territories please directly contact your local Esri International Distributor for all inquiries regarding software pricing, sales, support, and consulting services.
