Terms:

1. ESRI GIS courses are open to all software users.
2. All courses run from 9:00am to 5:00pm at ESRI China (Hong Kong) Limited- ESRI Authorized Learning Centre.
3. Each student will have his/her own machine.
4. Registration is accepted on a first-come first served basis.
5. Course cost HK$3,000 per student per day.
6. Government employees are entitled to a 20% discount.
7. Academic institutions are entitled to a 30% discount.
8. ESRI's Authorized Business Partners are entitled to a 40% discount.
9. Students register our courses one month before the course commences with settled payment will be entitled a 15% early-bird enrolment discount.
10. Every 6 student's registration to the same course at one time will be entitled 1 free of charge place. i.e. the 7th place free.
11. Student substitutions are acceptable as long as we have been notified at least one working day before the course starts. Your substitute should meet the course prerequisites.
12. ESRI China (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the rights to cancel or change any of the classes if necessary. Normally, at least a two-week notice will be given. In the event of a cancellation, any payment made for the cancelled course is refundable or can be held for a rescheduled course if so desired.
13. Certificate of Attendance will be issued to students who have attended 100% of the course.
